By creating an account, entering a paid or free-to‑play contest, browsing our site, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
Eligibility
- Minimum Age & Legal Capacity. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and not be prohibited from participating in paid fantasy sports contests under applicable laws.
- Geographic Restrictions. Access to certain contests may be restricted or prohibited in specific states, provinces, or countries. You are solely responsible for confirming that participation is lawful where you reside or access the Platform.
Account Registration & Security
- Accurate Information. When registering, you agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes.
- Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activities under your account are deemed authorized by you.
- Unauthorized Use. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at contact@fantasysports4u.com. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account to protect you and the Platform.
Contest Rules
- Official Rules. Each contest, league, or promotion offered on the Platform has its own set of Official Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference.
- Entry Fees & Prizes. Paid contests require an entry fee as disclosed at registration. Prize structures are posted in advance and may be adjusted for cancellations or statistical corrections.
- Scoring. Fantasy points are calculated according to publicly available statistics supplied by our data providers. In the rare event of a scoring dispute, the decision of FantasySports4U is final.
- Stat Corrections. Post‑game stat corrections issued by official leagues within 48 hours of game completion may result in score adjustments and, if necessary, prize re‑allocations.
Payments, Withdrawals & Taxes
- Payment Methods. We accept major credit/debit cards, e‑wallets, and other methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars unless specified otherwise.
- Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Verification of identity may be required.
- Chargebacks & Returned Payments. Attempted chargebacks and returned payments may result in account suspension and collection of associated fees.
- Tax Reporting. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any federal, state, local, or international taxes arising from prizes or other earnings. Where required, we will issue IRS Form 1099‑MISC or other applicable tax documents.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—text, graphics, logos, software, audio, and video—is owned by or licensed to FantasySports4U and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws. No right, title, or interest is transferred to you except the limited, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools.
- Attempt to circumvent geolocation or eligibility restrictions.
- Collude with other users, engage in multi‑accounting, or exploit bugs.
- Upload malware, interfere with security, or disrupt Platform functionality.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Engage in any conduct that, in our sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity or reputation of FantasySports4U.
Violation may lead to disqualification from contests, forfeiture of prizes, account termination, and legal action.
Third‑Party Links & Service
The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only; we do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third‑party content, privacy practices, or terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR SECURE, NOR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANTASYSPORTS4U, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION—ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN ENTRY FEES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FantasySports4U and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your misuse of the Platform; (b) violation of these Terms; (c) infringement of any intellectual‑property or privacy right; or (d) your interaction with other users.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the spirit of fair play.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date, and, where appropriate, we may provide additional notice (e.g., email or pop‑up). Continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. You and FantasySports4U waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class action.
Severability & No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. FantasySports4U’s failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Official Contest Rules, and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and FantasySports4U regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
